This Privacy Policy explains how Lusinova collects and uses personal data through lusinova.com (the “Website”) and in its business relationships with customers, prospects, partners and job applicants.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Armaxon, S.L., trading as Lusinova, registered in the Principality of Andorra (Company ID L-711142-B), with its registered office at Avda. del Fener 11–13, 3–1, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Principality of Andorra.

2. Applicable law
We process personal data in accordance with Andorran Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data (LQPD). Where it applies to our activities, we also comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Scope: Website and business data, not platform data
This policy covers personal data we process as a controller. When customers use the Lusinova platform, we process the data they upload on their behalf as a processor, under the data processing agreement in their customer contract. For those processing activities, the customer’s own privacy notice applies.
4. Personal data we collect
- Contact and enquiry data: name, job title, company, business email, phone number, country and the content of your message, when you complete a contact or demo-request form or email us.
- Business relationship data: details of customers, prospects, partners and suppliers and their representatives, including meeting notes and correspondence.
- Marketing data: your subscription preferences and interactions with our emails, if you subscribe.
- Event data: details you share with us at conferences, webinars and events.
- Recruitment data: CV, cover letter, qualifications and interview notes, if you apply for a role.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site and timestamps, collected through server logs and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through the Website, and we ask you not to send them to us.

6. Who we share data with
- service providers acting on our behalf, such as website hosting, cloud infrastructure, CRM, email and analytics providers, bound by data processing terms;
- professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and accountants;
- partners, only where you have asked us to involve them or a joint engagement requires it;
- public authorities, courts and regulators where required by law;
- a buyer or investor in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to confidentiality.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Andorra is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Some of our service providers are located outside Andorra, for example in the European Union and the United States. Where data is transferred to a country without an equivalent level of protection, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognised by the Andorran Data Protection Agency. 8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries from prospects that do not lead to a relationship: up to 24 months after last contact;
- customer, partner and supplier data: for the duration of the relationship, plus the period required by tax, accounting and limitation-period rules;
- marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;
- unsuccessful job applications: up to 12 months, unless you agree to a longer period;
- server logs: up to 12 months;
- cookies: as set out in our Cookie Policy.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit and an information security management system. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data;
- restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing at any time;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you. We do not make such decisions through the Website.
To exercise your rights, email info@lusinova.com. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time limits set by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA), www.apda.ad. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
The Website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on the Website, with its “last updated” date.
